Shower twice a day

Manscaping is preparing your body to be seen outside your bedroom. The most important part of your daily routine is the shower. As a teenage boy your hormones are raging and producing a ripe vintage of manstank that must be wrestled into submission.

The morning shower wakes you up and cleans your stank producers – the underarms, dick, balls and arse. The nightly shower cleans the dirt, sweat and hair product from the day, keeping your bed sheets and pillow fresh.

If your parents won’t allow you two showers a day (due to water and heating costs) opt for the morning shower, as it’s crucial to be smelling nice for the day ahead.

Or try negotiating. Have the conversation and try and convince them. Ask for two shorter showers per day rather than a long one. Also point out that it makes your room smell nicer and less washing of the sheets required.

Another option is joining the local gym and using the shower after your afternoon workout.

Try and finish your shower with a blast of cold water for 30 seconds in the morning. This sharpens you up for the day ahead. Try for longer if you dare.
