As you go through your growth spurt you notice your muscles developing. Or you might notice your friend’s muscles developing faster than yours. Don’t panic.
Muscle definition is linked to your genetics and metabolism. Some guys can look at a pizza and gain weight while others can eat whatever they like and gain nothing.
You need to identify the type of body you have and work within the limitations of your genetics. You are not competing against anyone, so there are no excuses.
There is always someone who is worse off than you, trying harder than you.
